At NC Auto we pioneered the term full carbon fiber.  While others care only about the bottom line and fill their parts with cheap fiberglass, we use 100% carbon fiber throughout the part. 

Full carbon fiber reigns superior in regards to quality, strength, and weight.  Just like the super-cars our items belong on, we believe nothing less should even be considered.

Each item is engineered to have particular characteristics.  Some items are made to be more flexible, while others are engineered to withstand massive load.  In general each part has between 2-6 full layers of high tensile strength and high modulus carbon fiber with strategically placed reinforced sections for mounting and other areas.  

NC Auto is a new brand but old concept.  Our founder and mentor has been an active Nsx owner since 2006 and is very well known in the community.  

We manufacture full carbon fiber parts with no middle man mark up and that results in a huge benefit to the end user.  The way we produce every part is one of the best, most consist methods of production that results in extremely high quality, strong, lightweight, and most importantly a long lasting part.  

No.  At NC Auto we’ll never settle for inferior materials used.  We’ll always guarantee our products from discoloration and yellowing.

Yes.  Weave direction matching we will do if requested automatically which needs to be stated in the order inquiry to quote accurate delivery times.  However custom fabric will be quoted on an individual basis.  

All parts have OEM style mounting which have been either fabricated or CAD designed for easy installation.  

Orders are prioritized, packaged, and shipped in the exact order payments are received.  

We are based out of New Orleans, Louisiana.

We are currently working on a more permanent solution to our production facility and showroom but currently are not offering tours.
